Can I close my +more account if I no longer wish to use it?

To close your +more profile temporarily or permanently, follow these steps.


  1. Open the app and log in to your account.
  2. Go to the Profile section in the app’s menu. If you need help finding it, check out How to Find Your Profile Information on +more.
  3. Select the option to close your profile.
  4. Read the information about what will happen if you close your profile. You have two options when closing your +more account:
    • If you want to permanently delete all your data, select the option to close your +more app and web profile. Alternatively, if you choose not to delete all your data, your +more benefits will still be accessible in-store after closing your online account.
  5. Confirm your selection and proceed to close your profile.


After closing your profile, you will automatically be logged out of the app, and redirected to the +more logged out home screen in the app or the +more website.

Note that if you have any outstanding balance on your account, you may not be able to delete your account completely. However, you can still close your online profile.
